The job you will do:
- Develop and execute a Social Media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and curate content for all Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video posts.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across Social Media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse Social Media data and insights to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging Social Media platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to integrate Social Media efforts into broader marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage Social Media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular reports on Social Media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage CRM
- Update Websites with the latest offers/information.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of Social Media platforms and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is advantageous.
