We're seeking a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager (minimum 3 years experience) to help spearhead our clients’ digital presence across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. In this role, you'll craft and execute engaging Social Media campaigns while driving impactful influencer collaborations for our talented roster of content creators.
Working closely with the Social Media Director, your responsibilities will include developing, approving, and scheduling content to maintain a vibrant online presence. You'll stay ahead of emerging trends and industry shifts, ensuring our strategies remain fresh in the ever-evolving PR landscape.
Client satisfaction is paramount, so you'll play a pivotal role in client liaison, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Additionally, you'll oversee community management, swiftly addressing customer enquiries and capitalising on content opportunities across Social Media platforms.

Key responsibilities:
Client Liaison
- Develop an understanding of property sector and client businesses
- Day-to-day contact, advising clients of progress on individual projects
- Contributing to client Trello / status reports to keep teams involved in progress
- Attending update meetings
Social Media
- Managing Social Media channels on behalf of our clients (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok)
- Devising & implementing organic Social Media strategies
- Keeping abreast of all emerging social marketing trends and the evolving Social Media landscape and communicating opportunities to the wider team
- Analysing and reporting on post successes, engagement levels, sentiment and figures with use of analytical tools and research – and working to improve that engagement with innovative content
- Collaborating with our Content Executive, Graphic Designer and photography/videography creators to produce content aligning with wider Social Media strategies
- Adhering to specific Social Media delivery requirements and specifications
- Manage engagement strategies by inspiring conversations and spotting opportunities for responsive content creation
- Creating graphics, short videos and imagery to share across Social Media
- Producing captions to suit client requirements and targeted audiences e.g. b2b or b2c
- Blogging on behalf of clients to attract website visitors through Social Media
Influencer Marketing
- Being a main point of contact for Oracle’s influencer talent and helping to answer queries related to securing brand collaborations
- Supporting the creation of talent rate cards and case studies and keeping talent information updated
- Pitching to brands within the property and home sector with content opportunities and creating rapport between interested parties
- Keeping up to date with industry best practices regarding Influencer Marketing as well as ASA guidelines
- Raising brand/talent collaboration opportunities and helping to attract/onboard new talent through Oracle marketing
Person Specification
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing / Social Media
- Excellent writing and proofreading ability
- Capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
- Strong communication and people skills
- Competent with video editing applications including Canva and CapCut
- Innate understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Well-organised and willing to learn
- Good sense of humour
- Understand the need to maintain strict confidentiality of the company's affairs and client business
