Social Media & Marketing Manager, ProTalent

ProTalent are a thriving and growing boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in accountancy practice recruitment. We are a specialist team who either work remotely at various locations in the UK or will be based in our new Head Office in Hayle.

This role is very much intended to support the Company and help to build our Social Media engagement and overall attraction and interaction.

ProTalent is a leading specialist public practice recruitment agency, dedicated to placing accountants into accountancy firms. We are passionate about contributing to the success of our candidates, clients, and our team. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy to enhance ProTalents online presence and engage with our target audience.2. Content Planning: Host weekly in-house meetings to plan Social Media content for the week, collaborating with the team to ensure a consistent and engaging content calendar.3. Content Management: Monitor and manage ProTalents Social Media platforms, including replying to posts and comments, analysing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.4. Video and Graphic Creation: Edit job videos and create eye-catching graphics using tools like Canva to enhance Social Media posts and attract attention.5. Captions and Copywriting: Write compelling Social Media captions that resonate with our audience and effectively communicate our brand message.6. Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar for the company, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging and relevant content across all platforms.7. Instagram Reels: Create engaging and entertaining Instagram Reels to showcase our company culture, highlight job opportunities, and engage with our audience.8. Newsletter and Blogging: Write a monthly newsletter and create a minimum of two blog posts per month to provide valuable insights and industry updates to our audience.9. Facebook Group Management: Actively manage and engage with our Facebook group, fostering a sense of community and providing valuable resources to members. Cultivate a value led market strategy.10. Referral Program: Promote and manage our "Refer a Friend" scheme, encouraging our network to refer potential candidates and clients to ProTalent.11. Website Management: Maintain and improve our website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflects our brand image and tone of voice.12. Traffic Generation: Brainstorm and implement strategies to drive website traffic and increase brand visibility through various digital marketing channels.13. Social Media Collaboration: Collaborate with management and the team to brainstorm new Social Media ideas and initiatives, ensuring ProTalents stays ahead of industry trends.14. Content Scheduling: Utilize tools like Buffer to schedule content for all team members and ensure consistent posting across platforms.15. Design Work: Create visually appealing LinkedIn headers etc for new employees and company pages to maintain a professional and cohesive brand image

Requirements:Proven experience in Social Media management and digital marketing, preferably in the recruitment or professional services industry.

Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.Proficiency in video editing tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva).Excellent copywriting and communication skills.Ability to analyse Social Media metrics and derive actionable insights.Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer).Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
