My client is looking for a Social Media savant with a passion for YouTube to join their team in Bristol.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Social Media strategies specifically tailored for YouTube to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling, shareable content including videos, thumbnails, and captions.
• Manage and grow our YouTube community by fostering meaningful interactions and responding to comments and messages.
• Analyse key metrics and trends to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
• Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent video editing skills using tools like Adobe Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Social Media analytics tools.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and technologies.
