Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We’re a Coffee and Brunch Restaurant looking for a Social Media content producer who knows the ins and outs of Instagram reels and TikTok. We are keeping an open mind – looking for someone who has experience, attention to detail and can stay on brand.

Here’s some of the important stuff:

- Have an existing background in Social Media content

Please note we would like to find a freelancer or work on a part time basis with us

- Have a passion for food and drink

- Identify trends in the hospitality sector

- Work hand in hand with our management / marketing team.

Responsibilities- Engaging content for Instagram reels and TikTok that aligns with our brand- Creative ideas for short-form videos and other content that relate with our audience

- Keep tabs on the latest trends, challenges and features on Instagram and TikTok

- Collaborate with the business Social Media strategy

- Share any insights and feedback with the management team

- Monitor performance metrics to help add to our future content strategy

- Plan and schedule content

- Co-ordinate with management to ensure content is delivered on time

- Conduct audience research to tailor content

Requirements

· Knowledge of creating Social Media content with the focus on short form

· Showcase your portfolio with short form video content

· Use of Social Media management tools

· Capability of using video editing software

· Knowledge of Social Media algorithms and best practice

· Genuine interest into digital content growth
