The Social Media Manager is a key role within our newly shaped brand marketing team and will support the Head of Brand in delivering our ambitious growth targets and content strategy. You will have the opportunity to drive awareness of our brands across all platforms, engage with content creators, and shape the future of our communities.
The Social Media Manager will lead our Social Media channels, working across social, influencer and media on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook. This role involves growing an engaged community at pace, delivering new growth strategies.
You will be responsible for managing and growing our Social Media accounts, engaging with customers and influencers, creating content, and monitoring and reporting on Social Media metrics.
Working within the highly collaborative brand team, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to contribute to the broader marketing team objectives. You will be able to use your initiative and take ownership of activities, and the right candidate will enjoy working in a highly creative environment.
This role will suit someone who is proactive and forward-thinking, has excellent knowledge of Social Media and community strategy and has a strong background in content creation and copywriting for social.

Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager:
Oversee organic content creation, delivery and analysis across all social channels, and devise strategy in line with campaign plan and paid social activity.
Act as brand guardian of visual aesthetic of all Social Media channels, responsible for curating a look and feel appropriate for each brand.
Organise and oversee social photo and video shoots with paid content creators.
Management of daily posting across all channels
Devise Social Media strategy aligned to brand campaigns and execute across all platforms.
Community monitoring and engagement across both brands
Implement regular training with wider team to enhance their understanding of our social strategy.
Monitor industry trends and best practices, as well as competitor activities, and make appropriate recommendations regarding Social Media strategy.
Creation of monthly reports and detailing performance metrics, analysing all channels and results of influencer collaborations etc.
Develop and maintain a content calendar.
Management / creation of templates for stories, posting a mix of commercial and lifestyle content.
Management of Social Media tools, i.e. Later, Hootsuite
About you
3+ years Social Media experience within consumers goods. Fashion, beauty or lifestyle preferred.
Mobile-first creative with strong in-app editing skills and comfortable creating quick edits in platform (Instagram, TikTok)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
Previous management experience desirable but not essential as you will have opportunities to develop.
