Ecommerce Intelligence is a growing digital agency that specialises in developing brands on Amazon and other marketplaces; as we progress our journey an exciting new opportunity has emerged for a Social Media role supporting both our agency and our clients.
What this role entails:
Working closely with our team, our clients and marketing partners to create content suitable for our various channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and YouTube (+ more) for both Ecommerce Intelligence and our 55+ Amazon seller and vendor clients.
Create Social Media content (video and photography) that builds our brand, engages our audience, and is creative, engaging, entertaining and supports the brand’s strong position within the competitive digital agency market.
Encourage staff participation in content creation: using your confident interpersonal skills to get staff/customers involved in videos and photos.
Transform and edit captured raw content into exciting and relevant videos.
Contribute to content ideas: Be aware of and actively research the latest developments, news and trending topics/themes to push reactive ideas, content or activities that can elevate our brand and earn additional exposure.
Your day-to-day
Work closely with the Management team to manage all platform scheduling.
Take ownership of our scheduling platform, ensuring a well-balanced and engaging schedule across all social platforms as well as maintaining an organised scheduling platform ‘back office’.
Create Social Media experiences for our clients that help them excel selling products across all Social Media platforms.
Adopt our tone of voice to communicate our content via Social Media and to help develop ecommerce clients growth on tiktok and social platforms to develop Amazon sales
Management of User Generated Content (UGC), building an extensive and diverse bank of organic imagery.
Repurpose content across multiple platforms incl TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook , X and LinkedIn
Maintain an organised asset library as our quantity of content grows.
Respond to marketing-related customer enquiries/direct messages received through Social Media channels in a timely manner.
Engage with our growing social community through replying to comments and creating conversation.
Work closely with the Social Media Manager in outreach to influencers and bloggers to grow Ecommerce Intelligence & our clients brand awareness.
About You
1 year of Social Media experience within a business with an interest in Ecommerce and Amazon/Marketplaces.
Experience in Amazon seller central/vendor central is highly advantageous.
Content creation, scheduling and publishing experience for a brand/business across multiple platforms incl TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
Strong photography and videography skills with a portfolio of previous experience and ability to use video editing software (e.g CapCut, Wondershare or similar)
Experience using Outlook and other Office software.
You must be confident and willing to approach and encourage members of our team or clients to get involved in our Social Media – make them feel confident and at ease to create engaging video content.

Excellent copywriting skills and command of the English language.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring no typos on any of our platforms.
A confident self-starter full of ideas who is comfortable working independently.
Experience in Social Media scheduling platforms is desirable.
Able to travel to our Shrewsbury office.
Available to travel regularly around the UK to our venues (driving not essential).

Salary: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
