Description

As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving conversion rates. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Social Media, email, and search engines.
• Creating compelling and engaging content to attract, inform, and engage our audience for the Instagram, TikTok and Facebook platforms
• Managing and optimizing our company website to ensure optimal user experience and search engine visibility.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Staying updated on the latest industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successfully driving growth and engagement across all Social Media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (now X), Pinterest and TikTok
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, email marketing, and other relevant digital marketing channels.
• Strong background of influencer marketing as well as proficient working on all Social Media channels/platforns
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Offer

Successful candidates will be offered a competitive salary of £30k-£32k including a solid corporate benefits package as well as permanent hybrid working consisting off 2 days at home and 3 days at their offices in Wellingborough.
