Position Overview:
The Social Media Marketing Executive will take the lead in shaping our Social Media presence, overseeing the strategy, and creating engaging content. This role will also manage Social Media calendars, monitor analytics, and ensure brand consistency across all Group social posts. In addition to Social Media responsibilities, the candidate will play a vital role in planning and executing paid social campaigns, contributing to marketing reports, and supporting ad hoc marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media:
Develop and oversee the company's Social Media strategy.
Create captivating and relevant Social Media content.
Manage the Social Media calendar in coordination with the content strategy, events, and awards calendars.
Develop direct programs to enhance our Social Media presence.
Assess Social Media analytics to continually refine our Social Media strategy.
Contribute to the monthly marketing report.
Optimise all organic Social Media metrics.
Utilise Canva to create Social Media assets adhering to brand guidelines.
Serve as the key point of contact for content requirements for Social Media.
Ensure the tone of voice and brand consistency is maintained across all Group Social Media posts.
Keep Media Valet updated with Social Media assets.
Paid Social:
Plan, implement, and monitor paid Social Media campaigns.
Monitor and evaluate paid Social Media analytics to improve engagement and conversions.
Responsible for reporting on the performance of paid social campaigns.
Keep Media Valet updated with paid Social Media assets.
Marketing Ad Hoc:
Provide support for ad hoc marketing initiatives.
Project Photography:
Manage and organise project photography, ensuring that designers have briefed the photographer or are on-site.
The 2 years of experience is not a must, but some experience in Social Media and content creation is preferable. We’re looking for someone ambitious, with a can-do attitude that is super organised and creative for this role. You will be managing the Social Media accounts for 5 different businesses. The four businesses in the group plus the group itself.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Up to 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and content creation is preferable, but other Social Media graduates with less experience will still be considered.
Proficiency in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
