Social Media Marketing Executive

Narberth (hybrid, weekly on-site presence required)

£29,000 - £31,000 p/a + excellent benefits

Yolk is proud to support this exciting recruitment campaign for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive. If you're passionate about Social Media and digital marketing and eager to drive organic reach, engagement, and revenue, this could be the role for you! Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Developing and optimising engaging content for target audiences via a range of social platforms.
  • Crafting and implementing an effective Social Media strategy to boost organic reach and followers.
  • Collaborating with influencers and stakeholders to create engaging content.
  • Managing Social Media timelines in line with new product launches, and campaigns.
  • Analysing Social Media performance to identify areas for optimisation.
  • Creating stories and content around products, services and sustainability work.
  • Working with other departments to develop Social Media timelines coinciding with new product releases, advertising campaigns, or other brand messages.

The skills and experience you'll bring to the team:

  • You'll have proven experience in Social Media and digital marketing within a professional B2C environment.
  • You'll be creative, inquisitive and have a genuine interest in creating engaging and innovative content to appeal to a wide range of customers.
  • You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You'll have the ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • You'll have a good understanding and working knowledge of Social Media platforms such as Twitter (X), Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • You'll have plenty of experience with content creation and a keen eye for engaging, creative output.
