Social Media Specialist

My client, is a disruptive scale up within the health industry operating globally. Having recently expanded by acquiring new brands, they are now looking for a talented and driven Social Media Specialist to enhance their Social Media presence and engage with their growing community across various platforms.

Role Overview:
My client is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Specialist who is passionate about health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing Social Media accounts, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, and will excel at creating engaging content, including photography and videography. Additionally, the role involves crafting compelling email marketing campaigns to keep the audience informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

➡Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement for the two new brands.
➡Create, curate, and manage visually appealing content (photography, videography, graphics) for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
➡Set up and manage paid Social Media campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
➡Monitor Social Media channels and interact with the community in an authentic and timely manner.
➡Work closely with the marketing team to ensure Social Media content aligns with broader marketing campaigns.
➡Analyse Social Media metrics and refine strategies to enhance performance.
➡Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and sales (currently using Klaviyo)
➡Stay informed about the latest Social Media trends and tools, applying best practices where relevant.

Qualifications:

⭐Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
⭐Experience with organic and paid social campaigns.
⭐Content creation experience
⭐Proficiency in managing Social Media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
⭐Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
⭐Excellent communication and writing skills.
⭐A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics.
⭐Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret Social Media metrics.
⭐A passion for health and wellness is highly desirable.
