Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for the role of a highly motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be deeply entrenched in Social Media culture, always a step ahead in identifying the latest trends and technologies. This role is pivotal in strategizing and executing new Social Media campaigns and initiatives that align with our brand identity and business goals.

The role is based within our headquarters with in Slough working standard working hours between Monday to Friday. (hybrid)

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, platforms, and technologies, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Develop and implement Social Media strategies that enhance our brand's presence, engage with our target audience, and drive measurable results.
  • Create, schedule, and optimize posts across various Social Media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and identity.
  • Analyze data and metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align Social Media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, brand and business objectives.
  • Monitor Social Media platforms for mentions, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Social Media management and analytical tools to schedule posts, track performance, and generate reports.
  • Identify and engage with thought leaders influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and build relationships within the community.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content that resonates with our audience, including graphics, videos, and interactive media.

The Individual

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Social Media management, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media metrics and tools, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain our brand’s voice across platforms.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools is a plus
