SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 + car allowance

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Social Value Coordinator to join our client's team. Their organisation is committed to creating a better future by promoting social responsibility and fostering community engagement. As a Social Value Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving their Social Value strategy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Social Value programmes and projects that align with the client's mission and values
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and community partners to identify Social Value opportunities
• Conduct research and analysis to assess the impact of Social Value initiatives
• Track and report on the progress and success of Social Value projects
• Engage and communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment and understanding of Social Value goals
• Coordinate and participate in community events and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practises in Social Value and community engagement

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Social Value principles and practises
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Due to the travel across the Southern Counties you must be a car driver, with a valid licence
