SalaryWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Social Value Manager to join a prestigious regional contractor. Our client is one of the leading providers of construction and civils projects across the south. They are currently looking for a Social Value Manager to cover developments across Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire with schemes across the region ranging from £100K - £30M.
Utilising your previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction sector, alongside a relevant degree either within business or marketing. You will be joining a well established Marketing team. The nature of these schemes and duties for this position will call upon a self motivated, ambitious nature with a desire for career development and career exposure as this role will cover, but not limited too the following;
- Communicating with stakeholders a local residents
- Recruitment locally
- Local community events and Community liaison in and around the projects
- Queries/ Complaint management
- Enforce and drive Social value targets
