An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an experienced team based in Dreghorn, North Ayrshire. You will be working alongside a small team of Social Work staff and in collaboration with parents and other supporting services to undertake parenting assessments to determine whether children aged 0-2 years and their siblings, can safely return to parental care. The team adopt a strength- based approach and are passionate about working alongside parents in a trauma informed manner and with a focus on establishing relationship-based approaches. We are looking for a Social Work Assistant with experience in Children and Families setting to complement the existing team.
