Social Worker

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of Devon's Children? Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for Social Workers to join their great Children's Family Support Team's. Paying up to £46 per hour, this role is on a locum basis for an initial 3 month rolling contract.

2-3 days a week in office - An agreed weekly agency accommodation / commuter travel allowance of up to £150 per week is offered for those living 50 miles or more from their work base.

Role Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ability to work with families with complex needs within a multi-agency environment
• Be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of social work mentoring, coaching and training professional colleagues
• Have evidence of substantial post-qualifying training and development
• Be able to lead improvement and challenge the quality of social care practice in a constructive manner.

Requirements as a Social Worker include:

• SWE Registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Drive and have access to a car
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
