Position: Social Worker

Special Requirements: Ability to see people face to face if needed so ideally based in Cornwall or be willing to undertake visits as necessary

Qualified SW, registered with SW England.
Working with adults 18+ and to cover Older people incl. dementia, LD and Autism, Alcohol and Drug use generic SW, community DoLs, court of protection and safeguarding.
