Social Worker, Advanced Practitioner – Care Reviews – South East 
Pay rate – £39 per hour 
Contract role – initially for 1 year 
  
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker to work as an Advanced Practitioner. This will be to review Residential Care Packages, using the Care Cubed model 
  
There is plenty of hybrid working available, along with Face to Face visits
