Working on-site as part of our well-established Hospital team, you’ll have the benefit of engaging with people face-to-face as you work in partnership with Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Consultants in this fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. With excellent relationship building skills, you’ll work closely with other members of the team across other locations, including Community Hospitals and short-term services.
As no two cases are the same, you’ll enjoy a diverse caseload and have the opportunity to really stretch your social work skills. Dealing with a broad spectrum of complex issues, including Mental Capacity Act assessments and safeguarding, your sound understanding of our legal obligations, will support your decision making. Travel Requirements
You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire or other local authorities, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
