Social Worker - Case Work Officer - £280/Day

Nonstop Care is working with a well-established local authority that is looking for a Case Work Officer to join their Special Educational Needs Team in East of England.

Your Responsibilities:

• Undertake workload including Education Health and Care Needs Assessment and
• Annual review associated with a geographical patch.
• Prepare and present cases to Education Health and Care Needs Assessment Panel/
• County Resourcing Panel as appropriate and provide feedback to schools, parents and
• Implement outcomes form panels seeking creative solutions where
• Identify issues, negotiate and resolve problems arising from casework and inter-agency
• Draft Education Health and Care Plans and attend planning meetings as and when
• Assist in the monitoring of children and young people's progress through the Statutory
• Annual Review process.

Requirements:

• Have the ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users' safety and well-being
• Clear, Enhanced DBS
