Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Investigation:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify and evaluate Child Protection concerns.
- Investigate and analyze reports of child abuse, neglect, or maltreatment in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Case Management:
- Develop and implement effective care plans that address the unique needs of each child and family.
- Provide ongoing case management, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as necessary.
Crisis Intervention:
- Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations involving children, providing emotional support and coordinating necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, medical professionals, and other agencies in urgent situations.
Collaboration and Networking:
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with community resources to enhance support options.
Advocacy and Legal Support:
