We are one of three authorities leading the innovative Pathfinder initiative, Homes Built on Love. We're rolling out the Safeguarding Families program with multidisciplinary teams, and East and Purbeck are next. Join us in this 'test and learn' phase to shape the future of social work in Dorset and beyond. If you're passionate about collaborative service and have a strong belief in 'working with' rather than 'doing to' then Dorset is the place for you. Your Role:
Engage with families, using your expertise to understand their needs and promote positive change.
Participate in the rollout of innovative support services and provide crucial feedback on their effectiveness.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality support to children and families.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience.
Commitment to social work values and a strong work ethic.
All compliance including current SWE number DBS etc
Own a car for travel within Dorset.
