SalarySocial Worker needed Community / Hospital Discharge Team in North Yorkshire– paying £32.50 ph!
We’re seeking adults Social Workers to support in both our community teams and in supporting Hospital Discharges across all locations in North Yorkshire. The work can be delivered via hybrid working, working from home, and visiting people in a given geographical location as required, which can be one of the following: Harrogate, Craven, Selby, Ryedale, Scarborough/Whitby, Northallerton, Richmondshire. This can be discussed further in a brief pre-appointment interview.
