Pay: 37,800 - 41,100
NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a determined and motivated social worker to join their Connected Persons team.
In this position, you will evaluate and assist potential caregivers known as Connected Persons, who have emerged through the PLO procedure, in providing a stable, long-term environment for children connected to them. This includes collaborating with extended family and friends who already have a bond with the children.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting Comprehensive Assessments
- Advance support plans for adoptive families and children under Special Guardianship Order, working collaboratively with Special Guardian families.
- Engage directly with parents, carers, and children/young people
Requirements:
- Registration with Social work England (SWE)
- Driving License
- Experience working with family and children in a therapeutic setting
