Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, focusing on duty and assessment processes to determine risks and needs.
- Utilize your expertise to make informed decisions on intervention strategies and service provision.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, ensuring a coordinated and effective approach to support.
- Provide direct support and intervention services to individuals and families in need.
- Uphold compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in social work and duty and assessment.
- Participate in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends.
- Contribute to the enhancement of social work services through your experience and insights.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with current HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in Duty and Assessment processes within social work.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures governing social work practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals and professionals.
- Ability to manage a complex caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Commitment to upholding professional standards, ethics, and continuous learning.
