A great opportunity has arisen for two Social Workers to join our Family Support Team here at St Gemma's Hospice.
Part-time or full time hours are available.
The Social Worker role is to provide a comprehensive service to patients, families and carers to offer pre bereavement support. Our Social Workers work within a multidisciplinary team setting based at the hospice and are also required to work in the community.

St Gemma’s Hospice is a Leeds-based charity providing expert care and support for local people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. We offer care to patients and their carers in the Hospice’s In-Patient Unit, through the St Gemma’s community team, and via our day services, which include a Day Hospice and Out-Patient Department.
