SalarySirona Medical are looking to recruit a Social Worker to join the Family Support Team for a Local Authority in East Anglia.

Job Role:
The Social Worker will join the Family Support Team where you will hold Child in Need, Child Protection, Looked After Children / Court through to the end of proceedings.
On average caseloads are 10 families which is approximately 22 children, everyone’s caseload is a mixture of CIN and CP and the more experienced staff hold court cases but no more than 3 families at one time this can include private proceedings completing Section 7 or 37 reports.
Sirona Medical will be providing the Social Worker to the Local Authority. You will be representing Sirona Medical and the Local Authority.
Full time or part time 4 days per week will be considered. Flexi hours can be discussed at interview stage on an individual basis.
As a Social Worker in the Family Support Team, you must have a degree in Social Work with a minimum 2 years PQE.
To act in accordance with Social Work England registration requirements and Code of Conduct for exercising accountability and professional practice.
