NonStop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Oxfordshire area who are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their MASH team.
This is a Non Caseholding role allowing you to have a more balanced work load and work within your contracted hours leading to an improved work life balance allowing for greater job satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the MASH Social Workers and navigators from the multi-agency network, to ensure full analysis of concerns and strengths are informing the level of decision making which could be for a strategy discussion, single assessment, targeted early help, or again advice and guidance.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 2 years post qualifying experience and will ideally have experience Child Protection or Referral & Assessment or MASH teams. You will have a Social Work degree and have a driving license.
