Your Responsibilities:
- Apply legal frameworks adeptly, demonstrating legal literacy in acts such as Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Foster professional curiosity through critical reflection and creative practice in diverse situations.
- Model best social work practices, support junior colleagues, and contribute to a flexible, adaptive work environment.
- Lead high-risk and complex cases, overseeing section 42 enquiries and Court of Protection applications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Hold a professional Social Work qualification and registration (SWE)
- Ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users' safety and well-being
- Enhanced DBS
- Full drivers licence with vehicle access
