Salary: During your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) your salary will be fixed at £36,648 per annum. Once you have ‘passed’ your ASYE your salary will be £37,336 - £39,186 per annum.

We are looking for dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic Newly QualifiedSocial Workers or Student Social Workers who are due to qualify this year, to join our:

We are committed to Newly QualifiedSocial Workers and provide a programme of support to help you progress successfully within your first year of practice through the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).

There is a strong focus on CPD with the ASYE portfolio being accredited by partner Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) This is complemented by a clear and defined career pathway for practitioners starting with guaranteed interviews for students and further development opportunities at each career stage.
We have dedicated Advanced Practitioners ASYE who support you during your ASYE year and lead on all the content required to support you through the program
