Form of workAre you an experienced Adult Social Worker with hospital discharge experience? Have you got experience working within a multi-agency environment? We are on the lookout for Qualified Social Workers to join Kingston upon Thames in their Adult Locality Team
This is a full time role working across 5 days per week. Pay rates based on experience!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Care Act assessments
- Arranging support upon discharge
- Level of knowledge and experience in the Mental Capacity Act
- Report writing
- Managing caseloads
- Essential visits
The minimum requirements for this role are:
- Social Work England registration
- Social Work Qualification
