Salary:
- Regular: £15.43 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £30.86 per hour
- Overtime: £23.15 per hour
- Weekend: £23.15 per hour
- Evening: £20.57 per hour
- Provide comprehensive social work services to individuals and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions to support service users.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and community resources, to deliver holistic support.
- Advocate for the rights and interests of vulnerable individuals, ensuring they have access to necessary services and support networks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration (e.g., Social Work England, Social Care Wales).
- Experience working in a social care setting, preferably within a local authority or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and communities.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to participate in training and supervision.
