- Developing and implementing Soft Services strategies.
- Managing and leading the facilities team.
- Ensuring the compliance of all services with health and safety standards.
- Monitoring and managing budgets related to Soft Services.
- Overseeing contract management with external suppliers.
- Continually improving processes to enhance the efficiency of services.
- Establishing a strong relationship with stakeholders.
- Representing the Facilities Management department in internal meetings.
Profile
A successful Soft Services Manager should have:
- An educational background in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably from a hotel services/house keeping background.
- Exceptional team leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in budget management and contract negotiation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
