Responsibilities
• Manage cleaning, grounds and security staff resources• Promote a culture of continuous improvement• Build long-term relationships with clients• Maintain existing business and identify new opportunities• Manage working environment in line with company Health & Safety standards• Recruit, induct, and motivate a high performing team• Manage and control services to agreed specification and service standard• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients• Control costs and expenditure in line with the budget• Provide feedback on performance improvement
Requirements
• Experience of developing a team with a 'high performing' culture• Good communication skills• IT literate and financially astute• Broad commercial experience and business acumen• Experience working in standards/compliance (IOSH – Not essential)
