Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Working hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 4pm, 40h p/w
We are looking for an experienced Soft Services professional to lead a Soft Services team on a blue-chip manufacturing client site.
You will manage the Catering, Cleaning, and onsite shop services. Ensuring a consistently high standards, customer satisfaction and ongoing development of the team & overall service.
About the job:
- Manage the Soft Services provision on site - catering, cleaning and Catering, and the factory shop.
- Ensure high standards of service, customer satisfaction and contract retention.
- Promote and ensure compliance to company procedures, Health and safety and statutory requirements.
- Maximise customer satisfaction and help maintain a good working relationship with the site client representatives and customers.
- To effectively manage and develop, undertake appropriate training and staff development including frontline six monthly development reviews of each team.
- To control and monitor the financial performance of the relevant services and to maintain costs within pre-budgeted targets. To regularly review pricing structure and implement adjustments to ensure margins are maintained.
- To be responsible for ordering materials, managing invoices, effective stock control mechanisms and collection of income in accordance with agreed policy
About You:
- Experience as a Soft Services Facilities Manager (with experience in catering services provision) or experience as a Catering Manager.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of IT literacy
- Previous experience managing teams
- Experience of designing and delivering to targets to achieve quality standards, customer satisfaction and profit margins.
- Experience of delivering financial targets
- Experience of customer service and in particular customer relationship management
