Job Title: Software Administrator
Location: Central Bristol
Salary: £30,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.30 pm (flexible hours available)

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and handle telephone calls, logging customer sales, and support enquiries.
Update customer records using information from emails and attachments.
Process orders and dispatch via email or post as required.
Manage filing, archiving, and shredding tasks.
Handle customer support contract renewals.
Prepare quotations for customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a software or IT company is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
