Software Asset Manager

What to expect:
Your role will look after specifically the software area, where we need process improvements and looking to establish over all better control, improve our compliance posture and identify and deliver software savings.
Interacting with a wide range of stakeholders from our internal BPT teams and a multitude of external software, infrastructure and managed services suppliers.
Purpose: Own, enhance and run the CCEP Software Asset Management process, supporting with software compliance tracking, spend management and eliminating waste.
Key responsibilities:
• Improve CCEP SAM process across all utilization platforms (on prem, SaaS, cloud)
• Run continuous reconciliation and identify issues and risks.
• Work with BPT stakeholders on action plan for resolution of issues identified.
• Support SW spend forecasting
• Identify and deliver savings
Skills & Essentials:
Experience :
• In domain expertise – ideally 2 to max 4 years experience as ITAM or SAM analyst, licensing analyst, compliance, or similar role.
• Have proper knowledge on ITAM workflow (Software)
• Should have prior experience on public cloud (Azure) and data center software licensing
External: CCEP Software suppliers: SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc…
Skills:
• Understanding the software lifecycle
• Experience with software audits and how they work
• Experience or with using SAM tools; good to have SAM Pro Service Now Module Knowledge
• Perform ELP reports on major ISV’s
• Ability to understand license metric types from end user products through to Cloud licensing
• Have worked on reconciliation for MS/SAP/SF/ServiceNow and other T1 and T2 ISV Licenses.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones (APAC to EU)
• Good excel, PowerBI and reporting skills
• Compliance and Consumption reporting knowledge
• Ability to interact with IT stakeholders at all levels (technicians to VP’s)

Location: Pan EU
Travel: occasional in Western EU
