The Role:Meet regularly with the development team to discuss projects and client requirements and determine robust solutions.Writing and testing code, refining and rewriting as necessary.Lead software development projectsCreate technical specifications.Perform trials, testing and quality checks to ensure strong functionality and optimisation.Monitor and support systems. Improve the performance of existing software to ensure it meets the users needs, analyse to identify any areas in need of modification.Keep detailed records of development processes.
