Software Development Manager

Hands on Software Development Manager required for my client in Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid working).

The role will have 6 reports across two teams). Full stack side Angular and .Net are the key languages, the client would prefer Angular over .Net (not a deal breaker) as Angular there is more of a gap in the team.

Required Skills

• Angular
• .Net 4 and above
• Azure development: DevOps, Angular*, Kendo UI, CSS, jQuery
• C#
• Web API (REST)
• MVC
• Hibernate (or other ORM framework exposure)
• SQL Server T-SQL
• Git
• SOAP

Personal Specification

• 5+ years’ experience in Software Development
• Experience managing other developers and business stakeholders
• Ability to build processes and maintain compliance from team members
• Produce accurate estimates of development effort required
