Within the Homes Platform we're on a journey to transform our core technology and the technical capabilities of our colleagues. Over the last 2 years we have launched new digital journeys on modern JavaScript frameworks, developed detailed suites of customer journey and analytics, transitioned workloads onto the Cloud and incrementally modernised and simplified our technology estate, whilst embedding DevOps and Agile working practices to enable feature teams to autonomously deploy changes to production themselves.

You're a dynamic and adaptable individual - able to use & learn new skills & knowledge in varying circumstances
You've a well-developed communication kit bag with extensive customer management experience
A natural facilitator and decision-maker, you'll enable collaboration across all fields within the Lab
You'll be a skilled negotiator, analytical thinker and problem solver
As a leader and motivator you'll nurture team members to create a high performing team culture
You'll lead, direct and control the delivery of benefits for our customers & colleagues
You'll shape and lead major change initiatives which implement business strategies successfully

What will you bring?
Experience as a mid-level Software Engineer
Primary coding language over career: C#.Net & .Net Core
ASP.Net as a secondary coding skill
SQL highly useful but training can be given
Experience of .Net Core Web API
What else could you bring with you?
Exposure to working within Agile environment and continuous implementation/ continuous development pipelines (preferably Jenkins / Azure DevOps), please apply if you don't as we can teach you!
