SalaryWe are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Tech team. You will be highly proficient in developing Java in all tiers and will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. We have some exciting technical challenges ahead of us as we continue to build and improve on our product experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Software Solutions: Explore, design, and produce quality software solutions and prototypes
Code craftsmanship: Write clean code that is both functional and maintainable. Apply design patterns and utilise established libraries to enhance code quality.
Quality Assurance: Uphold application quality by adhering to standard testing techniques and methods aligned with the overall test strategy whilst developing and executing test protocols
Data Security and Integrity: Maintain high standards of data security, integrity, and quality by diligently following company protocols and best practices.
Deployment: Continuous development and improvement to automate deployment processes in the cloud.
Team Zedify: Build great relationships with your team and our stakeholders, identifying and ensuring that challenges are overcome.
About the candidate:
Bachelors, or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A Java developer with at least 3 years of experience using core Java, Springt, Hibernate, and SQL.
At least 1 year of experience in a Dockerized environment, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
Experience with public cloud development environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and understanding of Cloud native technologies Experience in public cloud (Google Cloud PlatofrmGCP).
Optional: JavaScript library and framework experience is preferable – Node, React, Angular or Vue.
Experience in designing and building native and web applications, across a variety of scales and platform environments.
Working within agile methods and using techniques such as Scrum and Kanban
Experience of integrating with third party applications.
Thrive in a collaborative team of Software Engineers and product managers to create great products and services.
Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum depending on experience
Working hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday
