The Role

As an Software Developer within our client's product team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of a suite of applications. Here's a snapshot of what the role entails:

• Take a hands-on approach to developing and delivering client requirements

• Perform peer code reviews and mentor other team members

• Demonstrate technical strength and the ability to develop features independently

• Prioritize code quality for application maintainability

• Work comfortably on large and complex features, designing and implementing robust solutions

• Maintain composure under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

• Actively participate in collaborative team environments

• Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and mentor team members

Your Experience

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing applications using the .NET Framework

• Strong technical coding skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Ability to work on large and complex features, designing and implementing robust solutions

• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Organized, methodical, and calm under pressure

• Tenacious problem solver with a focus on quality and reliability

• Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies

Experience with the following technologies is highly desirable:

• ASP .NET/MVC

• C#

• SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL Management Studio
