Software Engineer - Manufacturing

New opportunity to work within the manufacturing engineering team with a focus on manufacturing test support.  The company is a world leader and the role is located in Bolton. 

The role will be to primarily develop and maintain production test and verification software applications for sub-assemblies modules and end products.

You should have up to 5 years in software application development within a manufacturing test environment. Electronics hardware knowledge is also a requirement.

Skills required:

C# using Visual Studio.

Experience of interfacing with APIs and  control of external peripherals via serial interfaces.

Proficient knowledge of Linux OS

SQL data interface.

SoC coding experience, Embedded firmware, Arduino code, RPi or BeagleBone.
