Job Description
Experian are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our growing development team in Experian Data Quality (EDQ), working on our Data Governance and Management software and its integration into a wider Data Quality platform.
Reporting to the Tech Lead, you will have good commercial experience writing code in JavaScript and TypeScript, and you will be comfortable working on both the back and front end within a microservices architecture.
You will have a passion for quality engineering, working as part of an agile team and being flexible in your ways of working, following technical standards and focused on delivering value to our customers.
We have teams in Leeds and London and are open to applications from either location.
Qualifications
Experience in the following is not a prerequisite, but a good grounding in web application development using similar.
- TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+) knowledge
- React or similar framework
- Experience building websites, APIs and developing user interfaces
- Integrate RESTful APIs
- Agile experience and Test-Driven approach
