Software Engineer
Salary: Up to £35k
Location: Oxford/Hybrid
Calling all graduates that have an interest in contributing to "big science" projects--our Oxford client are looking to build out their close-knit team that develops the software behind one of the largest astronomy projects in the world. Opportunities to use your scientific and software skills on unique projects such as this in a small and supportive team don't come around often.
This role is geared towards those with scientific or engineering degrees. You'll be excited at the idea of being involved in large-scale scientific projects, and you'll have some software experience either in employment or as part of a degree course.
Qualifications and Skills:
--experience & training in developing scientific or technical software applications in a Linux environment with C++, C, or Python.
--a scientific or engineering degree (Bachelors/Masters/PhD)
--a background in physics or astronomy is a bonus
