We are looking for people with substantial experience of implementing SaaS software solutions for multiple clients of a software vendor. The solutions are Time and Attendance (T&A), Workforce Management (WFM), Payroll and Finance - expertise in one or more of these, ideally WFM is essential. Also SQL skills and Advanced Excel skills are required. Any experience of delivering solutions to the Facilities Management sector, building services or security industries is an advantage. In this role you will:
- meet clients remotely or sometimes face to face, to run workshops
- analyse, consult on and document their work processes
- document solutions requirements in the form of a specification
- hands on configure software to meet the specification
- assist with client change management
- design and test solutions and assist the client through go live
- use SQL and advanced Excel skills to implement, interface and troubleshoot software solutions
This is a fast growing global business. You will implement new and upgraded solutions for clients across the UK, and be part of the company's expansion into Europe. Remote or hybrid based or work from the West Midlands office. Some travel to client sites from time to time.
