The successful Software Support Engineerwill help to assist in developing products and systems level solutions.
The role will involve:
- Assisting in the testing and debugging of software used in our instrumentation and data recorders
- Supporting the sales process with technical knowledge about products
- Developing software solutions used in-house for testing and analysing systems performance
- Assisting our customer support group in resolving software related issues
