The opportunity

To provide both internal IT support to the business and external client support. Ensuring continued technical support for the business to deliver effective streamlined operations.

Day to day duties

• Answer incoming calls from internal staff and clients
• Raise tickets with detail on the issue or query raised
• Resolve tickets working within the agreed SLAs based on priority and impact
• Manage workload effectively ensuring all are kept up to date
• Work independently to resolve tickets
• Collaborate with the team as needed to share workload or deal with more complex issues
• Deal with a range of accountancy-based software packages

What are we looking for?

• Experience using digital accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage Cloud, Quickbooks, and common add-on applications such as AutoEntry desirable.
• Strong experience in delivering client support in ERP solutions specifically Sage 50 and apps
• Strong project management, communication and team working skills
• Ability to work with a network of teams structured around the delivery of a strategy
• Strong relationship management skills with external and internal stakeholders
• Agile planning and organizing skills to ensure that the varied workload is managed effectively
• IT literate; PowerPoint, Excel, online digital tools, survey tools, project management tools
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
