Position Overview:

We are seeking a Software Support Executive to join our clients Operations team. As a key member of the IT division, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for software systems used in their products. This role does not involve testing or software development but requires a strong ability to understand commands and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  1. Software Support: Provide technical assistance to the operations teams, ensuring products have been uploaded with relevant commands.
  2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software problems promptly and efficiently.
  3. Code Management: Manage and upload code as per specified requirements to ensure seamless system functionality.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and code changes.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth software operations.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of software systems. Learn and progrss your career within IT and Technology.
