SalaryOur client is a much-admired, half billion-motorsport specialist. An exciting role has arisen in Norfolk for a Software Team Lead to manage a team of developers in the creation of our clients bespoke software.
Role:
- Leading a team of developers who work on cutting edge software solutions on world leading, award-winning automotive technology
- Manage the design and development of high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code in all their software toolchains/languages.
- Direct on the use of modern software programming and integration
- Responsible for the integration of their software on each project
- Curating specifications from customer requirements and coordinating a team to efficiently deliver to these targets
- Circa 10 years’ experience of developing software for engineering applications, with experience in 2 of the following: C, C++, C# or Mathworks
- Must have experience developing software within an Engineering Function, Embedded / Devices, Aerospace, Automotive, Defence or Similar
- A strong leader, with previous Team Leadership experience
- Experience of embedded systems and microcontrollers would be a benefit, but remains desirable
